Kathy Holland named Statewide Administrator of the Year by the South Dakota Health Care Association.

Fort Smith, AK - Kathy Holland, Executive Director of Golden LivingCenter - Milbank in Milbank, South Dakota, was recently named the Administrator of the Year by the South Dakota Health Care Association. Kathy has been with Golden Living since 2006 when it acquires Beverly Enterprises, Inc., and for 22 years prior to that with Beverly Enterprieses, Inc.  She has served as the Executive Director at Milbank for the past 11 years.

Kathy began her career with the company as a Social Services Consultant. "Kathy continues to use her Social Services skills to patiently listen to and empathize with the needs of her employees, patients and their families," says Golden Living Division 4 President David Mills. An example of Holland's dedication is the annual holiday meal event she hosts at Milbank, which is held between Thanksgiving and Christmas. Last year the event brought together more than 250 patients and their family members to celebrate the holidays.
